The HR training session with Sarah from CareMatchUK on Investigations, Disciplinary & Appeals was an excellent refresher as it had been some time since I had worked in this area. The use of case studies throughout was very thought provoking and useful. Sarah was very dynamic in her role play too and really brought to life the human element with employees and what a grey area HR can be. I would highly recommend CareMatchUK for their training

We have been working collaboratively with Care Match, during the delivery of a Care course. Care Match have worked alongside us to develop and deliver a bespoke training package to our clients, enabling them to gain skills, knowledge, experience and confidence to enter into employment in the Care Sector.
