        Fantastic servicethe kind of service you can only get from a sole trader who works for himself rather than a big company. The wi-fi on my laptop malfunctioned the day before a business trip and I needed an immediate repair. After diagnosing the issue and ordering a new part Sam very kindly lent me an external wi-fi adapter so I could continue to work on my trip while we were waiting for the new part to be delivered. Upon my return he fixed it quickly, cheaply, and even gave the interior of my machine a clean free of charge so it wouldnt overheat. Sam provided a level of service that would have been impossible at somewhere like PC World, and much more affordable too.
