Worst doctors surgery ever. You will be explaining your health issues to a receptionist every single time and then after that , you get offered an appointment 4 weeks later. If your lucky.

This Surgery has become terrible specially since COVID. You're requested to disclose your problems and the receptionist then judges and decides if you can be granted the right to have an appointment with your doctor; even when you just need a telephone consultation. This is a liability; people can have serious problems and even die because a receptionist decided that there was no need for an appointment. Hope patients will contact 111 or 999 and not just believe what a receptionist says.

Very rude and unhelpful reception staff can only hope that the medical services are better

I have always rated this surgery but since covid it's awful. You can't see a doctor, have to send photos which is fine. Receptionist says she will call me when doctor has looked at photos. I phoned at 14.30pm today sent photos to dr heard nothing surgery now closed and its Friday so my son has to wait till Monday for dr to answer only wanted some cream for his rash. This is not the first time either I have asked for advice on a Friday and not heard anything until the following Monday.

Not for tthe first time a problem with reception. Due to Covid19 rang for repeat prescription at 9am Monday 15 June and was asked and gave all my requirements to a female receptionist whose name I didnt take. Went to collect repeat from Chemist Friday 19th> No luck Tried again today 22 June > no luck. Contacted surgery and spoke to Surgey Manager as Chemist informed me surgery claim I had never asked for repeat. Therfore I suppose that makes me a liar. They are looking in to the matter. As mentioned before - again not for the first time. Doctors great general reception - RUBBISH If only there was another better surgery. HINT to me -DONT GET ILL.
