i have never felt unwelcome despite my needs not being listened to my right to launch a an official complaint and i get some moody old lady defending everything to try and go through to the complaint saying shes the top one and it will only go to her and not higher.
they make false promises to help you out but then demand information when you are not comfortable to give it due to sever anxiety and mental health problems this place is disgusting
I got so sick of this place to the point where i didn't bother joining absolute disgraceful place i feel bad for the people who have no choice but to go here.
If you have a choice to go somewhere else do it
