I enlisted Graham and Cheryl's help to gain two Party Wall consents with our neighbours. After explaining our proposed renovation work, GKPC were able to outline the details and differences for both of the awards we required. I had many questions, all of which were answered quickly (most within the day of asking). When the awards were granted, we also received a detailed summary of each site visit (thorough notations and photos included). I would gladly work with GKPC again, and would not hesitate recommending Graham and Cheryl's expert help to others.

Graham and Cheryl have been superbly helpful helping us navigate through a lengthy and tricky Party Wall process involving the local council. They have been responsive and flexible in helping us through and getting our award sorted. Highly recommended!

Graham Kinnear's team have been fantastic. Knowledgeable and calm, they have guided us through our tricky party wall agreement with a reassuring hand. No question was every too daft.
