So I just want to start by saying My car went in for a clutch repair with their other company Dane valley vehicle services ltd. This was diagnosed by them as clutch repair and also by a friend of mine that scanned it , my car was running when I left it with them. They started the repair then realised they couldnt do a semi automatic clutch. So then my car would not start at all. Rupert was slightly argumentative and said well hes done what he was asked to do. So we came to an agreement that the car would be sent to Honda for reprogramming at a 50 50 cost to each of us as he knew it was their fault the car no longer started. I then got a call to say Honda cant reprogramme it as it was actually the actuator at fault so Honda wanted almost 2000 for that repair alone which I did not go ahead with. Dane valley vehicle services ltd should have known it was the actuator as they are the mechanics. My husband would not agree to pay the cost of the repairs for the clutch as they had broken our car more, as now it didnt run at all. It was then stuck in gear when it was returned from Honda to Dane valley. The cost of repairs was outweighing the cost of the car. Rupert said he would not recommend putting anymore money into the car as it wasnt worth it. So I sign the vehicle over to them to scrap at his recommendation. I then find the car for sale on his website at over 3000. They are a scamming company beware. His wife Kirsty was apart of it to and told me not worry the car was in good hands for scrapping and they would give me a call in a few weeks to let me know it had been scrapped. Kirsty and Rupert cannot be trusted they broke my vehicle told me it was worth scrapping so that I signed it over for nothing to them. For them to make a disgusting profit off of someone elses loss. Be aware of both companys car matched and Dane valley vehicle services as the own both.

Well what can I say from start to finish was an absolute pleasure, you hear all the stories about car dealerships but Im telling you now dont tar them with the same brush,Rupert and Kirsty from start to finish are the nicest couple you can have ever met, putting your needs first and putting them selves in a position of help with anything you need building a relationship Of trust from start to finish the car I purchased was as described they went above and beyond to deal any problems and questions I had, they were always available for a telephone email and WhatsApp, whenever I needed them. Absolutely fantastic would recommend this company in fact, Rupert and Kirsty themselves 100% any day of the week. With the greatest respect and pleasure of meeting you both all the best as always.
