Dreadful experience over the last three years of owning a Ford. Have replaced 99% of the car due to faults to be told it needs another new engine. Tried to blame customer despite them accepting liability for several faults previously. Just dreadful attitude. Will be sticking to perry's.

Overall Ford Invicta Margate is ok but again, for the second year running, my vehicle was left in settings mode, and my fold in mirrors deactivated. I had to return the car to get it sorted out. They still do not valet and wash the car on service as they did before covid. The need to change the break fluid is not included in the service plan, how ridiculous! The staff member became quite defensive in tone of voice when I queried about the break fluid. I am considering going to another brand of vehicle when it is time for me to change my car again. Ford was a 5 star, but now only 3-4 in my opinion.

This is the third vehicle I have have taken to this garage and every time the experience has been worse and worse! Customer service is a joke and even called me a liar when I was correct regarding a payment! The attitude of all employees is disrespectful and disgraceful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
