Thanks for a great experience eating on a bus! We liked the food and it was excellent value. Would definitely go back next time we're in Margate. Please accept my sincere apologies once again for thinking I'd paid when I'd ordered when I hadn't!

Lovely food at a decent price. Owners are very nice and more than happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Great decor!

We love the Old Kent Market but this cafe was so disappointing. We ordered a sausage sandwich and a cheese burger and was told itd be a 20 minute wait - not a problem! But when the food took near to an hour to come, on a very quiet day in town too, we were just confused what was taking so long. Staff were standoffish and rude from the start. The man working there barked at me asking if I was with the table of girls before I even said anything, Im not sure if it was because their food was late too or if he wanted to get the service charge for a large table but it was strange nonetheless. When we enquired on the food (which we never ever do) we were just brushed off. And when the food did come, we didnt even have an apology for the long wait which really was bare minimum at that point. The food itself was fine, it was a very simple sandwich and burger which is alright considering the prices are reasonable. However it really didnt justify the long wait time unfortunately. We will be coming back to Old Kent Market but we certainly wont be eating here again.
