I had my builder gel nails done and after less than 24 hours my nails either snapped or looked like on the picture. I went back the next day to the salon, left my contact details and havent heard since. I appreciate that something can go wrong but when a customer is making a complaint, you would expect at least for an apology to be made. Zero management skills to not even contact the client.

I had a nail appt booked here. I arrived and they told me the technician wasn't in today and they'd forgot to let me know. They offered me a replacement complimentary appt. I took it. I turned up and once again was told that the technician wasn't it. Incredibly frustrating, poor communication and obviously badly organised. I wouldn't book here if you're relying on them before an event or anything else.

Had An Appointment Booked At The Salon With The Owner Emily. Not Once Was There Communication Before Our Booked Appointment To Say The Appointment Was Cancelled When I Turnt Up At The Salon Another Staff Member Said No One Can Get Hold Of Emily Then Shooed Away Like A Wild Animal. Emily Apologised 9 Hours Later & Booked Me In The Following Day. Again No Communication For The Second Appointment Cancelled Just Ignoring Messages Whilst Seeing Her Online. This Is Terrible Management & Awful Communication Skills. I Will Not Be Using This Company Again Nor Will I Recommend Anyone, Ill In Fact Tell People Not To Waste Their Time. Not Only This Emily Decided To Continue To Slag Me Off To A Friend That Also Booked With Me To Say Im Heartless & I Do Not Understand When Someone Is Going Through Personal Things. I Fully Understand Sometimes Things Happen To Then Have To Re Book. But 3 Times In A Row? And Emily Kept Booking Us In. I Refuse To Go To This Salon For Anything They Do. Do To Lack Of Communication, Fake Promises & RUDE Behaviour. Dont Waste Your Time Going To This Salon.
