        Had her message me last minute to cancel my appointment and re arrange for the following day. I turned up a few minutes late due to taking a wrong turn and she refused to open the door and complete the appointment, have never had such a bad experience with a beauty service in my life and will not be booking with her again.

        I booked an intimate wax for the first time, which anyone would be nervous for! But Alex not only a dear friend but someone who I know offers nothing less than a highly professional service. Alex is super friendly, made me feel totally at ease, made me laugh and made it all feel relaxed and at ease and of course did a great job! 100% recommend, check out her website and see the wide range of beauty treatments on offer!
