Went in on the off chance to order a new cheque book for my dad as he's not so mobile these days. Lady who served me was very helpful pleasant and sorted this for me in a few minutes. Needless to say I introduced her to Naomi's pictures as we had similiar nail colours at the time of my visit. Cheers Matty /Naomi xx

I had organised a chat about a loan, I wanted to talk to real person as the app resorts to algorithms that dont get the nuances of real life. A recent similar chat with HMRC was enlighteningly understanding and I was expecting a similar human approach from Lloyds. Margate branch was busy when I popped in, so an in-person meeting was organised at Ramsgate. A phone conversation followed in the interim, cancelling the meeting and suggesting I use the app. A fantastic triumph of procedure over common sense. I question not only the Lloyds Blank logic but my own loyalty of 30 years.
