Appalling, unreliable opening times, cannot contact them by phone an absolute disgrace.

Been closed pretty much all week. Total joke. How are you supposed to bank any cash. Could see no explanation on the door. Terrible customer service

Checked the website - which shows branch open - drive to branch (two towns away) to find the bank closed with a paper sign on the door stating closed for lunch - suggest you update your website ...

The staff are very kind and helpful, they helped me out when I had thousands of pounds stolen from me ringing head office getting the times of theft at different ATM machines to give the police for the police investigation, I know that person did it because I know full well I never gave that person my old pin or anyone else and so did that person and I know full well I never asked that person to get any money out for me but she had to say that to try to wriggle out of it with the police and there was CCTV deleted at an Atm machine in Margate which would have been enough to get that person charged if it wasn't recorded over after it was broken but Halifax were extremely kind and helpful and they helped me out when a lot of money went missing from my bank account and this person was caught on one cctv footage but it wasn't enough evidence for the police, I'm grateful they helped me out in the past , a very good bank, I wouldn't want to be with with any other bank, they also very kindly let me take money out when I was waiting for a new bank card and pin because I had to wait for a new bank card and pin as I had no choice but to get the bank card blocked over the phone and change my pin.
