Went to this branch today as had been told I could change phone number associated with a business card in branch. The assistant told. me I could NOT do it in branch without a signatory. This info was absolutely WRONG. I was then informed when calling the customer service number that I COULD do it in branch and in fact HAD TO go back. I do not live in the UK so I can't go again. How is it that staff DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING? Shockingly bad service.
