Very straight forward ordering process. The only place that has a part to fix the Nissan qashqui boot handle. Couldn't believe the low price and quick delivery to Ireland. There was a detailed YouTube video but it was that straight forward that the person that fit mine didn't even need to follow instructions. Highly recommend

Excellent service, after placing my order on Thursday at 3.45pm I promptly called X8R and explained that I required the parts next day as I only had one day to sort my vehicle out due to long work weeks, to my delight a wonderful gent named George had answered my call and offered to personally drop my parts off by the post office after work as the days deliveries had already been sent out. I cannot thank you enough for your time and help George. I will definitely be using X8R for any future parts I may require. You will not usually see me writing a long review like this however when there is customer service as exceptional as this, it would be wrong not to. A new lifelong customer thanks to George and the team!

I needed aftermarket seals for my car as it had developed a leak. I decided to purchase these from X8R. Unfortunately, the courier (DHL) was staggeringly inept and, not only had they not arrived, I could not get any updates. I rang X8R for help and a pleasant bloke named George took my call. He arranged to have a new set of seals overnighted to me. Sure enough, they appeared next morning. Unbelievable service. The only thing he asked of me was to return the first set of seals if they arrived, but he would reimburse the cost of postage. X8R has fantastic customer service. Thanks again George. If the company owners read this, give him a raise. Or a bonus. At the very least make sure his wage is rising in line with inflation, because he is an excellent representative of your company and should be valued accordingly. Cheers.
