MERCEDES ML250 2013 BLUETEC AMG So I contacted Lextune roughly 2 months ago with regards to a eco remap as I wasnt quite getting the mpg I wanted.. I spoke to Alex who is extremely knowledgeable and professional which in the car industry you dont usually get both lol.. I had the map carried out after a lengthy chat with Alex who straight away put my mind at ease about the pros and cons of a remap. I wasnt 100% happy with the initial map and explained to Alex over the phone and without any issues he invited me in the next day and tweaked with the map we then went on a test drive and all I could say was WOW admittedly my fuel wasnt up for the first few days as it was going like a rocket After a week my right foot eased off and the mpg is now Amazing. A month after remap I had a dpf issue and 3 other garage turned me away as I was stuck on the Thanet way in limp mode I phoned on the off chance as this was mid afternoon on a Saturday and Alex answered I was only after advice but Alex suggested I bring the car to him and he would see what he could do, I arrived at the garage at 3.30 and Alex spent 6 hours looking over it and he managed to get it all sorted. I am not from Thanet I work in Ramsgate but 110% I would travel to this garage every time and will be sending all my friends and family here as I received a 5***** service and know that Lextune as a whole are a good knowledgeable company that have a lot of experience between them.
