No show for a quote even tho Ian made the day and time himself. Pretty sure he pretended not to hear my husband speaking on the phone. Definitely ignored my message saying my hubby had had a stroke and we'd be grateful for some help to cut our tree. I'd rather clamber up there myself than put up with that kind of self importance.

Booked for my tree to be taken down 3 weeks ago today was the day Westgate tree services didnt show up ! Didnt call and didnt respond to messages absolutely shocking service

I've used these a couple of times now. The owner, Ian has always been very responsive to any enquiry and I find that his rates are reasonable which is obviously important otherwise I wouldn't bother having the work done. He has all the equipment as specialises with trees. I will recommend them to anyone needing a tree surgeon.

Swift response to our enquiry; excellent price for the work. Left the garden in a good condition with leaves and twigs cleared. Would recommend.
