        Had a flat here for a year , lift never worked , cant rent on air BNB , management company was terrible ! Great views though

        Fantastic and unique example of Brutalist architecture that people could easily mistake for one of the many thoughtless tower blocks built in the same era due to neglect. Needs restoration.

        The outside of the building itself is absolutely horrendous, but its hilariously giving black swan vibes in the heart of Margate. Its oddly amazing. An old class mate of mine moved here in 1999. His apartment is gold. Made it completely his own style and aesthetic. I still remember summer of 2000, when I used to visit him a lot throughout the summer. We swam in the rooftop swimming pool, which unfortunately has later been removed due to water leaking down through the ceiling and into the flats. We used the pool table down in the cellar and it was just lots and lots of fun. Miss it everyday. If youre the margate type, youll love it in Arlington House. You know what they say. Never judge a book by its cover. Attached photo is A House featured in S4 of Killing Eve.
