Luke and his colleague fitted a new gas boiler in our apartment last November and we were completely satisfied with their work. Such clean workers and nothing too much trouble. We did not hesitate in employing Priority Heating to fit a relacement gas boiler in our house. Once again their work was to a very high standard and were clean and tidy in their execution. Any future work we may need they will be our first port of call.

I had Priory Heating & Property services to renovate three bathrooms at my property. The job was projected to take 3 weeks. On the third & supposed final week the director of the company disappeared on holiday unannounced. Each of the three sinks were plumbed in with the hot & cold water running back to front, as was the bath. The bath was installed by the company twice, in the first it had to be removed to rectify the water issue & installed once again. After what was near a month of the bath being used I found the supports for the bath boxed up, left in my spare room. The director blames bathroom studios, the supplier of the bath for the fact the correct supports were not used, naturally bathroom studios disagree this point as it is for the plumber to install a bath correctly they are after all just a supplier. The photograph of the substance plastered over the wall, the new tiles is what this company did to secure our bath to the wall. The tiling work is poor, cutting of the tiles many are chipped, the grout used is already showing sign of discolouration and is coming loose. The director removed a gas fire from our living room, capped the pipe, he left my property that day only to return some three hours later to test the gas. The capped pipe was left protruding from the wall so another plumber was needed to rectify this prior to the wall being skimmed. To date I haven't received any paperwork or certificate for this work. While away the director left his apprentice to manage the project, we had a large hole put in our bedroom wall, the bathroom ceilings were skimmed and in the case of the ensuite once skimmed the coving was pulled down afterward, it was the companies intention to just fill it. It was also intended that the hole in the wall be filled with filler despite it being a hole all the way through. They had no consideration or care for my property in the mess they made or damaging my garage door having stacked the bathroom contents on the drive & not making arrangements for removal of the rubbish. They were responsible for the electrics and new lights in the bathrooms, I have an independent report which states that two lights used in the main bathroom don't conform to what they should be. My existing fuse box, for the fact of the electric works to be done in the bathrooms needed to be upgraded and ensured it was safe they just dropped down some wires and put in spotlights, ignoring the issue with the fuse box. The showers hot and cold were back to front meaning that the temperature would never have worked properly as it was the shower didn't run anyway. I found that the pump for the shower had been hooked up to the light in the loft so the loft light had to be on for the pump to come on. I ended up refusing anyone come into the property for the second time. I could go on.... I have referred this to trading standards. The company website features a number of logos - NIC EIC - the company are not a member, they have been notified to this false representation & will be addressing this with the company. ECA (Excellence in Electrotechnical & Engineering services) also features on their website, ECA have no knowledge of the company although they advise me they wrote to them the end of last year requesting their logo be removed, yet it hasn't been, they are now aware. Please if you have had any work done, if this company are going to do work In your property make sure what they are doing they are qualified to do, that everything is signed off correctly & certificated
