A traditional butchers that can provide you with the cut you want and the size/quantity you need. Also has various cooked meats, as well as a freezer with duck, goat, prawns etc. Well worth a visit. NB : At time of writing Google was stating close time of 16.00 on a Saturday but closes at 15.00.
