Terrible communication, failed to respond to emails or voicemails therefore cancelled order. Only then did I get a response and was told I would get a refund, however I am still waiting!!

Communication was terrible. We booked a package of giant games for our wedding. My partner and I both tried to get in touch with them about some final details - no one answered the phone, nobody responded to emails. We decided to cancel the booking as we didn't want to use a company we couldn't get hold of. We emailed them to cancel. Annoyingly, they didn't read the cancellation email either and still turned up on the day so we had to send them away. We're still out the deposit.

Really simple booking process. We used the Giant Scalextric track for a corporate event and the operators were helpful. Everything was delivered, assembled and dismantled with no problems at all. Would definitely use again and have recommend to another company to use for their event.

Ordered a Rodeo for Saturday 25th July. Sent garden dimensions to the company via email prior to the event to check compatibility and they didn't ask for any further info. When the Rodeo turned up the guy told us it was unsafe to set up as they didn't have any safety mats to place over our garden sleepers. When asked why they didn't fetch the mats as standard we were told by the apologetic delivery driver that they only fetch them if needed. The event was ruined as there was no time to source an alternative rodeo. They never answer the telephone either. A very unprofessional service all round.
