Yoga Sloths

Rina teaches Yoga Sloths at my sons pre-school and he absolutely loves it! He always comes home and tells me about the sessions. He retells the stories and can name and remember so many of the poses!

My daughter really loves these classes and looks forward to them, she has learned a lot of poses which she enjoys practicing at home. It's a great skill for her to learn have a way to relax. Would definitely recommend :-)

My daughter has never been interested in any club or activity but I managed to persuade her to try Yoga Sloths over lockdown. She absolutely loved it, so much so that she wanted to run the warm up session towards her school future me award. She continued when the classes were face to face and we were both genuinely sad when she left primary school and was too old for the sessions. Rina's enthusiasm for Yoga is infectious and she is a fantastic teacher and makes the kids feel at ease

My 10 year old daughter loves going to Yoga Sloths and always comes out with a big smile. During the lockdowns the lessons went online and they were invaluable for my daughters wellbeing. Rina is so lovely, the kids adore her and she pitches the lessons perfectly for the age group.
