Do not buy from here. Problems from the start. Sent back for repairs. Got the car back and it was broken beyond repair within a year. People like this give other car dealers a bad name.

My experience with Eaton Trade Cars has been fantastic, Mark was so helpful, with me knowing nothing about cars he explained all the features and how to use them, nothing was too much trouble. The car had been valeted and serviced before I took it home. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, and if I decide I need to change my car in the future I would not hesitate to return here and would recommend to friends.

I thought that, after speaking to the owner, that the service I would receive would be excellent. I asked when it could be done, he asked when did I want it by and I asked for the next day, a Saturday, even though I knew it would be tight. He said no problem and would have everything sorted ready to go. How wrong was I? I was told that the car would be cleaned, nope it was dirty and disgusting. I was also told the car would be serviced and ready to go, Nope, no service, not even a check of the fluids. I picked up the car on a Saturday and was trading mine in. My car had 2 working keys, I was given a spare only for my "new" car. My old car also had full service history and was in tip top shape, the new one was not. I pulled it forward, after the barely out of school, assistant at the weekend moved it out of the garage. He neglected to tell me after doing this that the engine warning light had come on. I noticed it and wanted an explanation. Luckily, after one of the assistants had gone "5 minutes up the road to pick up his dads Jag" but was gone 30 minutes, came back and sorted the problem. Now your probably wondering why I continued with the sale, well I did this as I was under the assumption that if I called back it would all get sorted, no harm no foul, and I needed the car due to going away with my family, hence why the need for a much bigger car. I phoned up and asked about all of this and was told that car didn't have service or check and was sold as seen. Now I was never told this and was bitterly disappointed when told id have to pay for a service when as standard car dealerships in the main do this free of charge for peace of mind. Oh no not these lot. I'm having to pay someone I TRUST to do this for me after noticing some rather questionable noises from my car. Needless to say I will never recommend these to anyone and will certainly make sure my friends on Facebook and Twitter are also aware. They say that 1 persons bad experience can turn into 100's, well I'm certain mine will turn into more seeing as many of my friends are petrolheads and are always looking to change cars and get good deals etc. Utterly appalled at aftercare and service in general. Very poor. Avoid like the plague!
