        Natalie is amazing. I hurt my foot doing spin & 1 visit later sorted. Having an office job I get problems with my shoulders/neck & after a session with Natalie no more aches & pains. She is so knowledgeable & helpful. She also gives me tips for stretches at home. Cant recommend her enough!

        Went for my first massage today and I felt so much lighter in my shoulders nd back. I was also given exercises to do at home to reduce aches. It was great, will definitely be returning.

        I am so happy I found Relax Holistic Therapy, I wasnt sure where to go following a running injury in my knee, Natalie reassured me that she could help, fitted me in very quickly, and was very knowledgeable and friendly, she helped me with my immediate problem, and also gave me lots of advice for helping myself in the future.
