Refused service. A walk in for 2? No thanks we don't have the staff! Sunday evening coming off the A1 hungry and I thought pubs were struggling? Apparently not when chef & brewer can turn customers away.

Good food & friendly helpful staff. Wheelchair user may find tables slightly awkward as they have a bar across, but staff were very helpful & managed to accommodate us. Three happy customers.

Having had a very long day in Peterborough, our group booked a table to stop off on our way back to Surrey. Unfortunately several items were not available, so we all had to rethink what to order. Eventually we were served our food. However a couple of of our friends had a problem with their meals. But there was no member if staff around. One persons meal was raw inside, one person had fish in batter however there was very little fish. The final meal was cold. The waitress was very apologetic and offered to re order there meals, but we were on a schedule so couldnt wait. However they did take the three meals off the bill. So everyone came away happy.
