        Yet again an appalling service, disinterested staff, long queues, outdated systems, obvious lack of investment in all areas including IT and staff training. Must be a terrible place to work. I left after waiting 20 minutes when one of two 'serving' said I have to go.......

        As bad as everyone else has said. If you can, go Sandy. 15 minute drive, free parking nearby, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The opposite of St Neots post office.
