        Staff are lovely however it takes an hour to receive medication, even when the prescription has been sent before the required time period for collection. The wait times are due to staff shortages, staff shortages than seem to have been ongoing for more than 1yr...

        Words fail me, the most useless medical outlet I have ever encountered. And I have worked in 3rd world countries . After waiting in the cold and wet for hours, finally get to the counter only to be told they don't have my meds, nothing exotic just basic antibiotics. Don't waste your life visiting this farcical retailer.

        Having gone to collect medicine that the Old Swan Pharmacy in Kimbolton could not supply and this happens every month that I have to go back ?? Whilst there they told about the online division where I ould have my medication ordered and deliverd by Royal Mail to my door.
