Couldnt recommend a better PT. Jordans experience within coaching/training helps all of her clients create realistic yet strong goals whilst building self-confidence within a gym at the same time. Highly recommend Jordan, whether youre a newbie or know what youre doing, she will be able to help you reach your goals whatever they may be. Our sessions are hard work, but fun and Ive seen an improvement in my strength since I started training with her. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive, what more could you want from a personal trainer.

Training with Jordan has been a lot of fun. Each session she sets out creative routines that really have challenged me in different ways (and made me ache in new places!) I am a relatively experienced gym go-er, but her ability to explain and demonstrate new techniques I feel would be equally perfect for any one new to training. Jordan really is helping me fulfil my goals and I would highly recommend her.
