        We came to Jem Mortgages after being let down by a previous lender right at the last stage of our application process and in desperate need to secure a mortgage under an extremely tight deadline. Julian understood our urgency and went above and beyond to ensure we had another mortgage offer in less than 2 weeks from our initial contact with him. Throughout the process he was proactive and helpful and not only secured us the mortgage offer extremely quickly, but it was also a much better deal than what we were originally applying for with another lender. The advice, and all-round general service we received from Julian was absolutely first class and I cannot recommend them enough.
