Noonoan have let out my property for a few years now and they are very efficient. I mostly deal with Natalie who is excellent! I dont have to worry about a thing, they do everything for me and keep me informed it's so stress free and makes renting my property so easy

We would highly recommend Noonan for the sale &/or purchase of your home. Excellent communication & overall a fabulous team to work with. They arranged an open day, sold our home & were consistently helpful & available for advice. Joanne visited & did the valuation with Natalie & Joseph managing the sale. Moving to another country is quite stressful but having a great Estate Agent (& an excellent solicitor they recommended) made it as easy as possible. In addition to phone calls, they set up a WhatsApp group which allowed us to keep each other updated & ask questions, which helped when I was working & unavailable to take calls.

Joanne is as incredible, Ive had a hard time trying to find a place as a single mum, and she supported me every step of the way and fought my corner. I couldnt be happier. Me and a my daughter have a beautiful place now, shes our real life super hero. Noonan have been brilliant every step of the way and continue to be.

Renting a flat through Noonan and they made the process very straightforward and were responsive and helpful. So far they have been consistent and contactable. They arranged for the flat to be cleaned and painted before I moved in and were happy to do this even though this delayed my agreement date. Would recommend.
