I would like to highly recommend Giggs & Co Estate Agents who I brought my house through, and in particular Natalia who works on Sales Progression. From the very beginning of my purchase, her professionalism and efficiency was second to none. She continually kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and also got involved with the sale of my property, which was over and beyond her normal duties. It was always a pleasure to talk to her even when at times progress was slow, and I was down, she was always a shoulder to cry on! A truly lovely lady and a credit to Giggs & Co!

i bought the property from giggs some 8 years ago very good then but they were great now we had some hard times what with change of goverment rising interest rates and th world in a bad way but the boys and girls worked tirelesly and with great spirit .what a team i would be proud to call them my staff .Well done and thank you all

The second time we have used Giggs to sell a house - 9 years apart. Cannot fault the service and communication from every member of the team we have come in to contact with. From the valuation visit to completion date they have been brilliant. The addition of the sales progression team (which wasnt in place 9 years ago) was brilliant. We felt that Nat really helped keep things moving with solicitors and other agents and took some of the stress away from us. Giggs also kept an eye on the house whilst it was empty and gave us peace of mind. Thanks Ollie, Luke, Dan and Nat (and everyone who was involved behind the scenes who we didnt speak with).
