I contacted them on a Sunday but still had a reply almost instantly. Colin said that they no longer supplied the item I required (I found it on a very old version of their website) but very helpfully gave me a link to a current supplier. Very pleased with service I received.

Cancelled an order on me when transport was booked after they had sent me weight and size. Transport was $780 which had been paid by myself in good faith and Harristone decided not to supply with no explanation. I have called and emailed giving every opportunity for an explanation and to confirm if they can supply circle in future as we already have their rotary paving and need to add to it. No communication back at all. I understand things are difficult but do not understand why you would supply measurements and advise order is packaged up and ready to collect to cancel when they are advised transport is on way and their customer has incurred that cost. I hope everything is ok Chris, but with no communication to date I have no choice but to give this rating .
