Due to personal circumstances i had to sell my property. I thank Samina for helping me sell the property. No question was too much for her and at times i felt i asked silly questions because i did not understand the process or why the buyer asked for certain things but i was made to feel at ease and she took her time to explain things. She was always available or returned my calls the same day. Thank you for your help. I will gladly recommend you.

I would give this review solely on the hard work Samina Afsar did for us, let me explain. Prior to lockdown Samina was working on legal documents for our house purchase. She was outstanding: a highly professional Person who worked hard. Then sadly she was furloughed due to the Covid situation. I am very sad to report the the service we received during this time was unprofessional and of a very poor standard. I frequently had to call up and push for information as we were up against a deadline To move out of our rented property and into our new home. We were made to feel like a nuisance when we genuinely could have been made homeless. This lead to a great deal of stress and worry and we were very disheartened, certainly not what I needed whilst expecting my first child. HOWEVER, towards the deadline Samina was thankfully unfurloughed. She understood what needed to be done and worked tirelessly to ensure our deadline was met, even to the point she would spend hours on the phone to the bank etc and would call us each day with updates. It is down to her and her alone that our sales went through in the nick of time. Samina, if you are reading this, thank you. Because of your dedication and work ethic we were able to get into our home. I truly hope Beacon recognises your outstanding effort and how lucky they are to have such a dedicated worker and I really hope that they rectify other areas of the company so that others do not have to go through what we did when you were away. You are the sole reason I would recommend the company and give it 5 stars... otherwise Im afraid it would be a very different story!
