MARKET KEBAB VAN

The best kebab I've ever had. I would never get another kebab from anywhere else when I'm home. Meat is always superb and the team in the kebab van are great. Would highly recommend

This is a wonderful place to go! The food and service are the best and you just can't fault it. I happen to know Bill Perry who has also given a good review and, as each user on here can only post one review, he asked me to mention something. A lady posted a few days ago about a staff member not being able to speak much English when a customer had an issue. But the issue was only that the customer had a little too much sauce in a kebab and it was nothing serious and so the lady who posted was really wasting time! The matter was easily rectified and the comments that the lady made re: the staff member having limited English were not necessary. The guys who run this van are great and really look after the customers so the service is excellent all round.

My friends and I visited St. Neots and we found this van and ordered different meals. The food was very nice. But one thing that we noticed was a bizarre situation there that put us off! A mature man who seemed to be a regular customer complained to the only person operating the van, a Turkish man that his order had something wrong with it on the previous visit. The customer politely pointed out that he had arrived home with his order but it wasn't right for some reason. The man working there did not understand a word that the customer was saying as he had to repeat himself at least twice to try and resolve the situation. The Turkish man then said "I don't know much English". That is terrible! How can a business here in England be operated by someone who hardly speaks English, especially a food selling business? What if a customer has an allergy and needs to speak to the vendor in English? The customer left and we heard him say that he would then speak to another staff member who does speak English on his next visit there. Truly terrible that a food business can be run like that. We won't return for that reason.

The food was amazing and the customer service was 10/10! They were so nice and considerate as well.
