Took over hour and a half couldnt get through on the phone to chase- when we did eventually get through the lady was clueless wouldnt check our order progress and just stated they were busy- despite request didnt get a refund as then stated food was on its way. Food turned up looking like it had been dropped on the floor! Again no option for a refund. Food was completely cold. Never using again !
