I have an account with them since 2007, system up for me is 99.999% , It is natural during all these years service face with blackout, but support team fixed it very fast, always quick in reply to tickets, for me they are a 5 star company.

Have been with fast2host for nearly 12 years (since Jan 2009) for Dedicated Server and Domain Registration Services, its hard to be overly positive or indeed overly negative but in this time I have said they were the worst hosting company as the inconvenience of their downtimes / power failures has cost us more then we can imagine, we lost lots of time and had clients leave us due to the network / server / power problems from Fast2host when there was no fail over solutions in place. I think 3.5 / 5 is a more realistic score so may decrease this score at a later date to reflect this While they (Russell) have been very efficient with some things regarding domain names / updates to them my companies relationship with Fast2host is coming to an end after we had our server with them for about 7 years which had a lot of highs and lows. The highs were: we designed their logo initially the server was adequate and fast and had all our domains with them I voted for them to win the PC Pro Hosting awards and was quoted as saying " Ive been with Fast2Host for over three years now and it hosts over 200 of our domains," said James Brabyn. "It has great customer support."' Support and Domain Name management / DNS was generally ok The lows: 1 lots of downtime and problems when I had my server with them, causing really really terrible problems for us (trying to juggle our client's problems that invariably happen when they cant use their website / email) 2 One of their staff was unfairly critical about us to one of our clients that wanted to move their domain from them without our knowledge to get out of paying for the services with us 3 Their system / software for managing Domains is buggy / faulty, not allowing you to do basics like ordering domains into expiry date correctly 4 Their costs for .co.uk and .com domains are about 25% higher than our new domain registrar I wish them well as they genuinely seem to want to help website designers like myself but an account manager who listened to our problems / concerns would be a big help
