How come businesses seem okay till you need to make a claim. Called home emergency for a leaking washing machine that had caused new flooring to warp. Plumber was in 5 minutes. Tightened the connection and wrapped it in waterproof tape. Told machine is fine now. Low and behold used it and it still was leaking. Have called again 3 times to no avail. Get excuse after excuse. Not happy at all . Getting quotes for the water damage so hopefully they can fix the leak aswell. Due for renewal in June will be looking elsewhere.

My elderly and disabled parents need me on their insurance for when they are not able to drive themselves. Every time they have called to put me on as a named driver they have changed the rules and moved the bench mark. If we had known they were going to do this we would have moved to another insurance company instead of renewing for a year, presuming that I could be put on. We explained the situation to them last time, when they told us what would be possible so we waited and now it's not possible after all. This really is a disgrace, especially because they were told about the situation. My mother is not able to comfortably get into my car, or a taxi. This would have been an avoidable situation without their deceipt.
