Wayne and his team worked on a garage conversion and ground-floor extension for us in late 2020, and we are extremely happy with the results. The work was done incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. The whole team clearly took great pride in their work and made every effort to ensure every detail was carefully managed. Everyone on the site was friendly and considerate of us and our neighbours, and they kept everything neat and tidy throughout the work. Wayne's initial quote was very competitive, and the few amends to the pricing due to changes of plan were clearly accounted for. The project finished on time and on budget, and we are absolutely delighted with our two new rooms.

Just like to say big thank you to the team from start to finish was fantastic and as any jobs you get problems sometimes but w peat development managed to get it sorted straight away very clean very friendly love our new 2 story extension thank you to the team for making our home fill complete.
