        My sister and I visited the St Neots store today and asked the assistant where the Oil of Olay was. She said she'd never heard of it and turned away. The appropriate response should have been, 'sorry I don't know but I will ask a colleague '. We eventually found it ourselves. Maybe some retraining wouldn't go amiss.

        I normally love Superdrug and the girls are lovely but today had a really rubbish experience I asked if they had any stock or a product in the back she procceed to say maybe but they have loads of delivery, her college then told her to check and scan if you had stock so she did and you had 6 in stock she said yea but there is loads of cages I proceeded to ask if she could go look at all and she said no she cant very rubbish not helpful at all
