The doctors at this GP are a kind of misunderstanding. How lucky I don't have children. Total waste of time.

You have better odds of winning the lottery than get through to the receptionist. You have 15 mins in the morning to get an appointment. I give up after 130 odd tries. If you do get through, all appointments are gone and you need to call back at 5:45pm for a possible evening appointment. I end up calling 111 and going through their questions and asked to go to the A&E for antibiotics. The receptionists are kind and I feel for their plight. Very under resourced

I'm really intrigued at the bad reviews. I have been here for 12 years and have nothing but praise for the entire staff and have recommended friends switch to here on so many occassions. The receptionists are polite and helpful. Yes the wait time has crept up for an appointment (across the NHS though) but they have been brilliant with emergencies. Jenny (paramedic practitioner) was SUPERB at getting me started on a treatment path and prescribing me all the right things. Sean (paramedic practitioner) was polite, professional and helpful and great at explaining what was going on. Clare is the most superb nurse and Dr Ruth was also superb. It would be great if you didn't have to ring 130 times for a same day appointment in the morning - but I understand pretty much every practice is like this. Yes there should be more resources/funding, but surely we should be poking the District council for constantly building 100's more houses with no more GP practices?
