I wish I didn't have to rate it because there shouldn't be any rating for what they've done. I don't think they care about anything at all, delivering a mattress don't take that long. Come to the house and expect us to be at home without calling or whatever is bad enough. And the worst thing they did was not knocking on the door to deliver, the house bell is the loudest so it could wake up the neighbours but no, they had to deny that and said what's the point if they come without knocking. People on the phone are rude, saying they'll call me back but they didn't and cut the line whilst I was on hold to "check" what's going on. And lastly, the mattress is very dirty, they didn't wrap it up properly, I have to clean up their mess and expect to be okay about it. It's not a big deal but it is a big deal when it suppose to be your Christmas present. Wish there were other words I can use but it wouldn't be nice for them, they're just "doing their job".

Last September, a nightfreight lorry broke one of my gateposts. DEspite many phone calls and emails, they have yet to do anything about it. They seem to have a policy of ignore, delay, and hope it goes away.
