I am not quite sure how to start this review as I rarely do them but I am absolutely excited and elated with the service that Sandra provides, so felt I would be doing her service and others an injustice by not doing a review. I met Sandra through a mutual friend and decided to give her a try. I have to say after dealing with various health issues such as fatigue, muscle weakness and insomnia Sandra has helped significantly with reducing and or eliminating many of my symptoms. After having various types of massage and reflexology I have been able to sleep like a baby, helping me to feel restored! My muscles have also became stronger and rejuvenated after Sandra suggested deep tissue massage. This left me feeling as though I had done a workout a day or so later but feeling overall stronger as my muscles seem to come to life. This has also helped me to eliminate toxins from my body leaving me with an overall feeling of well-being!! I am also sleeping better with a better sleep hygiene. I also enjoy the sweet ambiance of soft jazz with a warm and clean environment. She also always has a beautiful arrangement of fresh roses in the room which I find welcoming and comforting. I live in London but believe making a journey to the Crystal Rooms is well worth it. Unfortunately I have not found this same experience in my neck of the woods. I salute you Sandra!! I really dont recommend this place. I had a Brazilian and really badly done. Unclean in there and she kept using a towel next to my skin that was unwashed and had been used before. She spent more time talking rather than focusing on what I was paying her to do. I wont be going back. And painting my toenails and cutting and filing them would have been better if I did it myself. Had a massage which was amazing and Sandra was so friendly and just what I needed. The therapy room was perfect but I did find it a bit difficult to find. Will definitely book again, as the treatment was so good!
