        A quick pint or two in our new local. Nice reception from the staff. Quiet but that's not so bad for the customers. Good beer and even better whiskey.

        I enjoyed the best fish at the Market Inn last night. Possibly the best Ive tasted. Beautiful white, flaky moist fish in the lightest of batters. Traditional accompaniment of fresh chips, mushy peas, and some bread and (real) butter. They are beating the fish & chip shops at their own game, and offering the warmest of welcomes into the bargain. The prices are really affordable, the atmosphere is great, and there was live music too. If theres a better night out somewheretell me where. Ill be back again soon.
