We have spent thousands with this company and used to deal with Andy and Mike who we arent able to reach anymore as theyre always in meetings
So instead we drove an hour to their site only to be turned away because we hadnt booked an appointment online and you cant just turn up.
There were several other small instances of her being rude but long story short will never be using them again
