Perfect place to get an hour just for yourself, get rid of some stress and tone up in the process. Many classes on the schedule give me opportunity to fit the practice around my awkward working pattern. The environment (cosines, warmth, aromatherapy and dim lights) makes it worth driving half an hour to the studio. The best of all are the competent and encouraging teachers, they make all the difference!
