        Downgraded from 3 to 2 star but no change in price - transfer was 7hrs and 15mins before flight and transfer only took 2 hours meaning over 5 hours in the airport - tried saying they had emailed us about it when they hadnt - Emily resort rep fantastic but wouldnt use again or recommend
