Tabitha is dedicated to sport, and the maintenance of the human body to allow sport. Although you don't need to be broken and hurting like I was to benefit! She's thoughtful and professional, and really got in to my shoulders and fixed me up.

I highly recommend Tabithas Sports Massage, she is professional, yet friendly and very talented at body work. She has helped me recover from injuries and is very effective at releasing tight muscles. I always feel uplifted and completely zen after having a sports massage treatment with her.

A year after a car accident I had a recurrence of back muscle pain that necessitated me taking pain killers daily. I had one massage with Tabitha and the pain had gone by the next day and has not returned. The massage also loosened the general stiffness in my back that I had experienced since the accident. The advice both during and after the session regarding stretching and maintenance is thorough and productive. She offers a professional and friendly and I will be using her again.
