        Visited the store today, was served by a gentleman who was a fairly new member of staff. He was polite and helpful (no problems with him). I wanted a car key cut and had the blank already myself as my car is fairly old and specialist. The gentleman had to the check the cost of this but was advised that Timpson have a policy where they don't cut keys if the customer supplies the blank. This seems stupid particularly if the the car is older and more specialist. I walked 400 metres to a local independent locksmith and they cut the key no problems in 2 minutes. The store is also very small, not easy to social distance here.
