We have never visited!
Last night we went to the Saffron Grange vineyard. A food and wine pairing evening hosted by the Saffron Fish Company. With some very clever cookery. They showcased local ingredients with their fish.
Hand dived king scallop, smoked salmon and sea bass. All cooked to perfection.
Since lockdown we have ordered all our fish online. But last night means we will be visiting the Saffron Fish Co. for fish and cooking advice!
