Phone Junction

Daughters phone screen smashed and charging port needed fixed. Dropped it in and had back 2 days later (had to order part). A third cheaper than the original rough quote. Very nice people and great job done. Highly recommended.

I have visited Phone Junction some five times recently and - as far as I can remember - have never received better service anywhere in matters concerning phones. Both Rumen and Munib ( whom I saw on separate occasions ) were excellent: friendly, thoughful, responsive, knowledgeable and efficient. Their attitude was courteous and welcoming, suggesting that they took genuine pleasure in meeting people's needs.They were equally adept at identifying the cause of a problem and then solving it; and all with a quiet attentiveness that inspired confidence. This shop is of incalculable value in our small town, and when our phones go wrong we have no need to waste money or time driving to Cambridge or Harlow or Bishop Stortford. It's all here! I would give unqualified recommendation of this service and this shop in general.

Highly recommend this place. I didn't even realise this little gem existed but so happy with the service received. I smashed my phone screen to the point it was not responding at all. They didn't have the screen in stock but had it ordered in and fixed by the very next morning. Really helpful and friendly, and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
