I am so grateful to Care At Home for the absolutely excellent care which they provided for my father when the need arose. After some negative experiences with other agencies it was a great relief to find Care At Home, who demonstrated from our first contact that they really DO put the client first, and can be relied upon to do exactly what they promise. Seeking care for beloved relative is an absolute minefield, as agencies sadly often seem to promise much but fall short on the delivery, causing terrific worry and frustration for all concerned. I would like to think of every person in need receiving the expert, caring and respectful support which my father benefited from, and I am absolutely delighted to give Care At Home and its manager Sarah Vincent my wholehearted recommendation.

The care that Care at Home gave my aunt and uncle can not be faulted. Living 500 miles away from them meant we had to find a care agency who we could trust 100 %. Any queries or concerns were answered promptly and their monthly updates kept us well informed. The Carer's particularly Nadeem were all professional, very caring and conscientious. First class company which we highly recommend.

Working with Care at Home has enabled me to maintain my own work/life balance whilst spending quality time with my grandfather as opposed to becoming his full time carer. Receiving live-in care in his own home has allowed my grandfather to remain in a familiar environment that has helped to minimise his anxiety since the death of my grandmother. His current carers are warm and friendly and have an excellent relationship with us all, especially my grandfather. They are thoughtful, conscientious and competent and Im always confident when I leave the house that they have my grandfathers best interest at heart, providing him with essential companionship as well as practical support. We chose Care at Home originally as they were very responsive to our initial enquiries and were able to provide answers to all our queries at a time when we were very anxious and totally unaware of what to expect. I have had no hesitation in recommending Care at Home to friends and colleagues who have started to investigate care options for their aging family members. Those who have followed up my recommendation have been pleased at the speed in which they have been sent information and impressed at what can be offered.
